Hazy deep amber - brown beer, big fluffy cream colour head. Palate is very airy, somewhat fluffed up from over carbonation, and semi dry. Light dry malts, slightly earthy. Whisper of bramble fruits. Dry thin malt cream. Dry airy finish. Okay.

500ml bottle shared with AshtonMcCobb. Pours hazy dark brown, massive off-white head due to over-carbonation. Aromas are yeasty sherbet, Bretty. Wouldn’t be out of place on a Belgian Dubbel. Fruity, but yeasty, malt character has been overtaken by the yeast. Not sure this is what the brewer intended, but it’s not bad as a wild beer.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - orangey brown with a big fluffy. Looks over carbonated. Nose - wild yeast lemon sherbet thing. Taste - moreBrett sherbet lemon. Palate - light tangy body and texture with a long dry zingy finish. Overall - this is not how the brewer intended the beer to taste. That said the wild yeast fault does not manifest itself in such an unpleasant way as can often be the case.
