28/8/2019. Tap at Eaten By Monsters, Carlisle. Pours clear pale bright gold with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, grass, caramel and light veg. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, sticky texture, average carbonation.

Cask at usher. Nose is honey, wheat, bread. Palate is sweet bread, honey, citrus. Pretty nice for the style.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - light citrus and metal. Some spice. Taste - more citrus. Maybe peach. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - ok.

Bottle at level 42. It pours clear yellow with medium white head. The aroma is sweet, toasty, paper, grain, grass and cracker. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, very grainy, white bread, grassy and straw without a dry finish. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Basic lager.

Bottle shared at the level 42. Canary wharf tasting 20/10/2016. A pale golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is skunky spicy hop with pale grains and a little age. Palate is is light, spicy, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of grainy, spicy hop, grassy, little oxidisaed, straw, damp hay. Meh. Dirty.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Crispy cereal in the nose, light biscuits, lemon, hay. Light sweet flavour with notes of pale grains, bread, more cereal, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty crisp to finish, a touch on the sweet side, with further cereal and biscuit, hay. Enjoyable.

Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Fergoose, 20/10/16. Pale golden blonde with an off white swirl. Nose is pale malts, bread, melon, straw, lemon. Taste comprises bready malts, straw, melon, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent tasty lager.

Bottle from Alesbymail. Clear yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, corn and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 170916
