Bottle - Smoke and Apple with soft wheat. Clear gold with almost no head. Apple and just a touch of smoke. Apple is quite forward, but not sure if I like this as the smoke is what I want.

Bottle @ Skovhaven took it. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Phenolic smokey and tartish apple. Dryish finish.

On tap at The Hay Merchant. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is pepper, peat, wood, apple skin. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, salt, smoke finish, good.

Shared 16.9 oz. bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a short-lived white head. Aroma of fermenting green apple, smoke, and funk. Taste is sour apple, smoke, funk and salt. Light-bodied and refreshing.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Pianka srednia, metnosc spora, jaskrawo zolte piwo. Piana niestety szybko opada. Piwo ma swietny aromat wędzonki, smakuje jabłkiem z ogniska, pieczone jabłka, szarlotka z cynamonem oraz kwaskowosc pewna tez jest. Przypominalo mi Sour Ale. Poprawne piwo z fajna wedzonka w smaku a zwłaszcza w aromacie

Keg at the bat. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Aromas of apple, faint smoke. Taste is more of the same. Creamy texture, light smoked apple finish. Another interesting one.
