Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops and lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, lemon, yeast, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

750ml bottle. Gold body below a large, frothy white head. Sweet aroma of candy sugar, toasted grain, earthiness, pepper and alcohol. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. The finish remains sweet, but the bitterness picks up a notch. The alcohol also pushes its way too forward at the end. Medium body and very watery texture. Lively carbonation. Enjoyable, for sure.

RBSG 07. A good surprise. I didn’t know what to expect as I havn’t been impressed with some Celis beers. Coriander and wheat aroma. Orange in color. Flavor has sweet malt, belgian yeast, some banana, and light spice including coriander and light citrus. Alcohol is well hidden. Bright, cloudy gold color, no visible sediment, and a tall white head.
