Bottle, 1pt, plastic milk-bottle style, courtesy of Brugmansia. It pours a clear, flat, golden body. Lots of apples in the nose, alcohol too. Apples and alcohol sweetness in the flavor, hints of barnyard. Dry, medium body, puckering in a nice way. Lasting, warming finish with a really nice apple flavor. A nice one indeed. 100814

Handbottled 568ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, good apples. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is watery and sticky, carbonation is flat. [20100814]

Golden with a small white head. Juicy apple aroma. Sweet aplle flavour with a touch of wood and some tannin in a drying finish.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear yellow with a small off white bubbly head. Tart apples and some dry oakyness. Quite rough and ends very dry and sour.

clear yellow, almost no head. clean apple aroma, nice but simple flavor is apple, hoppy bitterness, apple peel bitterness. sort of gone bad

Plastic bottle, 8.4%. Mild apple aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. The flavour starts off with a little chemical touch. Turns tannic and slightly sweet.

Plastic bottle 568 cl. Pours a clear golden, no head. Clean apple aroma - like in apple juice. Medium body, flat, clean apple accents. Tart and slightly astringent finish. A very clean cider. 180810
