Mix of fruity and earthy aromas from wild Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast with new wave of citrusy American hops. Blend Amalgamation from The Yeast Bay made this beer complex - a lot of aromas and flavours - fresh, white fruit (pears, apricots), spices, earthy and stable-like "funky". This beer was fermented with only one type of yeast - wild yeast. Wheat, creamy base is a great counter for extreme dryness and fullness. The brew was hopped at the end of boiling and also whilst fermenting.
Ingredients: water, wheat and barley Weyermann® malts: Pilsener premium, wheat, Carahell®, wheat oats; hops: Columbus, Magnum, Citra®, Cascade, Mosaic™; yeast: The Yeast Bay Amalgamation Brett Blend.

Bottle shared thanks to trade with Mesjasz. Nice picture of giraffes on the label. Very hazy dull golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of floral hops, light Brett funk, topical fruits, citrus, light manure and light caramel malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. BOTTLE 50 CL. Hazy bright golden, small head. Subtle tropical fruit aroma, notes of citrus, pine-apple and bubble gum (might not be at its freshest) - seems it’s not just the hops, but also the yeast. Quite dry, but not at all sour. Subtle citrus and pine-apple flavour. Moderate hoppy and funky bitterness, with a somewhat harsh (possibly alcoholic) note. Interesting.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, całkiem trwała, z lekkim zdobieniem na szkle. W aromacie cytrusy, żywice, nieco owoców, siano, stajnia. W smaku półsłodkie, wyraźna, słodowa podbudowa, sporo brettów, jest koń, jest stajnia, do tego cytrusy, żywice. Goryczka średnia, przyjemna, wysycenie niskie do średniego, dobry konkret, świetny balans - nie przesadzono nadmierne z "dzikością", goryczka też jest na w miarę optymalnym poziomie. Jedno z najlepszych piw Pinty, godne polecenia.

50cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. No head. Cloudy blond pour. Bitterness with some funk and tropical fruits. Nicely balanced. Well done

Butelka 0.5l (28.10.2016). Piwo praktycznie klarowne o złotej barwie. Piana biała, drobna, obfita i całkiem trwała, wyraźnie oblepia ścianki szkła. Aromat w pierwszej chwili cytrusowy, potem słodki, owocowy w stronę moreli, świeży z nutą funky, która w miarę upływu czasu wychodzi na pierwszy plan. W smaku jak na kontretykiecie, nuty owocowo-ziemiste, ciut fenolowe, przyprawowe z nutą funky. Goryczka średnia plus, wyraźnie zaznaczone w piwie. Piwo wyraźnie wytrawne, porządnie nasycone co podnosi odczucie pełni ale nie wpływa na dużą pijalność i orzeźwiający charakter.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mildly bitter brett. Generic fruits and a little banana. Tangy fruity finish. Mild hop spice. It’s okay but it never really gets going. Recalcitrant.

Piana ?rednioobfita drobnopecherzykowa. Zolte, zmetnione. Fajny ?wie?y aromat chmielowy w po??czeniu z nutami funky w postaci stajni. Czu? cytrusy, gruszki, lekka przyprawowosc. W smaku bardzo owocowo, chmielowo, cytrusowo. Nut funky w smaku mniej ni? w aromacie. Goryczka na ?rednio - niskim poziomie dobrze uzupe?nia ca?o??. Nisko nasycone. ?wietne piwo!

Draught. Orange colour, sparkling, small head with nice lacing. Aroma is very fruity, with grapefruit, lemon, a bit of peach. Light to medium bitterness, not sweet. Medium carbonation. Initially interesting, made me a bit tired in the half of drinking.
