Cask handpull at Simple Simon’s, Canterbury. Gold/blonde beer with lasting thick whte head. Last half out of the barrel. Bit of stale malt leads to refreshing syrupy concentrated citrus of the lemon curd variety. Would be good on top form in summer. Saaz hops perhaps on the aroma?
