Cask (handpump) @ Henrys, 28 Cambridge Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England S1 4HP.Light light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, lime, citrus peel, fruity, cat piss notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, fresh, peppery dusty. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask gravity at Reading BF 2010. Clear pale gold, lasting off white head. Peachy fruit aorma. Wow, that is really unusual, it’s like Robinson tangerine jelly. Really arresting tangerine flavour.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 15/04/10. Deep gold in colour with a slight, white head. Aroma of fruity hops, summer berries and a touch of sweet malts, Flavours of passion and kiwi fruit, red berries and honey, with a decent, dry finish. Pleasant.
