ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled draft. Black, creamy collapsing mocha head. Nose is bourbon sugar, maple syrup, very sweet, alcoholic, not as thick bourbon as I expected. Taste is warming bourbon, bit boozy, less thick than expected, cookies, warming boozy bourbon, malts, sugar, less bourbon than expected, good, maple syrup low. Nice brew, less thick bourbon etc. than I expected. Warming alcoholic, thick. Nice potent brew all the same, maybe age will improve it.

Clear black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, milk chocolate, soft roast, caramel, dried fruits. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: roasted, bit hoppy, bitter, charcoal, cocoa powder, coffee. Aftertaste: bitter, more chocolate, alcohol, bit sweet, caramel, hint of vanilla, some marzipan.
