Clear, pale yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is mainly sweet lemonade with a hint of grain/malt. Taste is similar. It is not as sweet as other shandies on the market, but also a bit one dimensional. While Chabeso is a lemonade based on lactic acid, it is not mentioned on the list of ingredients.

Helle, klare Farbe. Sehr süffig. Fruchtig. Bier spielt erst in der 3. Reihe eine Rolle. Kohlensäure über medium. Unterscheidet sich geschmacklich deutlich vom Chabeso-Russ aus gleichen Haus. Viel weniger vielschichtig, aber trotzdem irgendwie auch allgemein gefälliger. Chabeso ist eine Limonade auf Basis von Milchsäurebakterien. Gesund für die Darmflora (und -fauna, Uahahahaha) und mit intensiven Zitronenaromen. Allerdings ebbte die Beleibtheit nach dem 2. Weltkrieg stark ab und es gibt inzwischen weltweit nur noch eine handvoll Firmen die diese Kultlimonade herstellen. Die Innstadt-Brauerei in Passau gehört dazu und stellt sogar ein Radler und einen Russen damit her.

Klares hell goldgelbes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch zitronig süß, kein Bier. Geschmack süß zitronig, pappig, kein Bier.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ home.ABV. 2.6%. Clear light medium yellow (apple juice alike) color with a small average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, toasted, cardboard, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, artificial sweet citrus, artificial, light cardboard. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20101107]

Bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with a tall, dense and lively white head. Lightly sweet citrus in the nose. Light body, very sweet lemon accents and a little cardboard. No bitterness - just sweet lemon. 120709

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and light malty. Beery flavour with a mild citrusy note to it. Ends mild citric and loight bodied.
