Bottle, 5.0%. There was some yeast chunks at the bottom, so it was rolled before serving. Weak citric aroma. Greyish and very pale, hazy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. Soapy flavour at first, turning a bit citric and vaguely yeasty. Low bitterness. Not even really refreshing. Disappointing.

Swing top bottle. Barley malt and wet dog aroma. Hazy yellow color with large white head. Light hops and barley malt flavor. Clean decent tasting beer - just not much there.

Danke an AUXBURG1986 Test vom 7.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,4,10,4,9,5 - 5,85

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy, but non-persistent foamy white head. Dusty, extremely yeasty, malty and worty aroma with shy peppery hops in the background. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Malt-accented, yeasty taste; slim, quite unpleasant finish with a chemical touch. Not very good.

Bügelverschlußflasche (von Jonas !): Slightly hazy, greenish golden coloured, slowly collapsing white head; sweetish-grainy, a bit yeasty nose with a touch of detergents; mainly sweet flavour, some almost hidden bitterness detectable; light bodied, nearly watery, cloying aftertaste. Down the drain with it..........

Swing-top bottle. Clear pale golden initially - You have to fight the yeast out of the bottle for the Zwickl look. Strawlike light minerally aroma. Lightbodied, a bit straw malt, minimal fruity yeast, mostly minerals. Not exiting.
