Bottle (thanks to Jonas!): Hazy, ruby amber coloured, slowly collapsing fluffy off-white beige head; mainly toasty and dark-malty aromas in the nose, traces of burnt malt in the finish; metallic sweetish-bitter taste, light to medium bodied; a light tart-sourish touch in the light sweet-caramelly finish, combined with a quite empty MF. No glory.......

(bottle) Cloudy, murky brown colour with a big off-white foamy head. Yeasty, slightly dusty and ashy aroma with a moderate wheat-character and light fruity notes of banana and a tinge of vanilla in the background. Slightly sourish favour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly ashy taste with traces of banana; almost dry and slightly fruity finish with light phenolic spices. Decent Dunkelweizen (03.VI.09).
