A bit stronger but still just as tasteless and bulky lager.

Re-rating 18.8.2011. Appearance like Karjala III. A bit richer aroma and sweeter taste. This would be the main beer from Karjala if it were sold in grocery stores. Nonetheless, something you forget very quickly.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, fair sized head. Fruity nose. Sweet and sugary, lightly buttery and very fruity. No hops detected, instead there are boiled vegetables. No bitterness. Quite sad, really.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, sour malt, apple stuv. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt mesk, malt dusty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20101019]

0.33l bottle I think on the Turku airport. Probably the chronologically last rate of my trip to Finland, made still in Finland. Poured a deep golden body with a thick white head that went away slowly. Dusty malty nose, emptyish grainy taste, slightly salty, buttery and maaaybe just a tiny bit alcoholic. Unimpressive but obviously fuller than most macro pale lagers.

330ml Can - Golden in colour. Grainy aroma with some malt. Sweetish taste with corn and grain and a hint of gas. There’s something strange about this, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. Inoffensive though.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a clear, golden with a white and slightly lacing head. Sweetish aroma of brewing cereals. Medium-bodied with fairly sweet malt accents and a lightly metallic edge. The finish is dry. Quite a straight lager. 161007
