Hazy kind of half yellow half orange color, doesn’t look nice. Smell and taste are pretty ok. Soft carbo, low body.

[9/25/10] Draught at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bready malt and some hoppiness. Flavor is a bit sweetish at first with some malt, bread, fruity hints and sour notes and continues dry, bitter and hoppy. Medium-bodied.

Blond, thin head. Really unpleasant aroma that reminds me of a swimming pool. Bleach, chlorine? Thin texture. Flavour is dry and a bit hoppy but the bleachyness comes through too. The disgusting aroma ruins this beer.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 1 Aug 2009) Cloudy golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with apricots, orange and a hint of yeast. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of apricots, citrus, a touch of yeast and a generous, spicy bitterness in the finish. A slight alcohol bite as well. More than medium body, rather sweet. Very tasty and very nice beer.

From tap at ’t Arendsnest. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy dense and slight off-white head. Light swet biscuit malty aroma. Light fruity and yeasty too. Flavour is sweet, quite yeasty and fruity. Slowly increasing bitterness into the finish.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy yellow colour, creamy white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, honey & lemon, malts, some yeast and grass. Flavour is sharp, cardboard bitterness, grain, citrus, honey, yeast, a little sweet with a dry bitter finish. Quite a lot of carbonation. There was a certain awkward flavour (I called it cardboard, but that’s not quite it) that I didn’t really like in this one.
