Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. Trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist karamellig malzig, würzig hopfig, hefig. Geschmack ist mild fruchtig, hefig, karamellig, okay.

Dunkel malziger, mild hefiger Antrunk. Leichte Noten von Getreide, wässrig herb, steigende Hefenoten. Süffig, könnte etwas intensiver sein. Okay. 9/8/8/9/9/9

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium amber color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, light moderate yeasty, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101015]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque copper with a creamy off-white head. Sweet banana and caramel in the nose. Medium body. caramel, overripe fruits and some yeast and phenols. Licorice too. Nice. 151010

Bottle, 5.2%. Banana aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Very big stable tan head. The flavour is quite mild, a little banana, a little sweetness from the malt. Quite standard.

Bottle, thanks MIP. Light clove and roast nose. Cloudy red brown, big off-white head. Fatty burned base, clove, coriander, light butter. Dry north bavarian. Grainy dusty aftertaste .

Bottle (purchased at the brewery) Hazy, amber coloured, slowly diminishing lacy off-white head, sweetish roastmalty nose (with a tinge of molasses), combined with fruity traces of sherry (!) and yeast; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour with a tinge of bitterness, light to medium bodied; bitter chocolatey touch in the sweetish-sourish + fruity-malty finish. Not bad, bad not really refreshing.........

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut colour with a big, light-beige foamy head. Discreet aroma: a bit yeasty and sourish fruity nose with toasted malt and light wheaty notes. Light-sweet, slightly sour flavour, pretty light bodied, although it has an abv of 5.2%. Yeasty, slightly toasted and moderately wheaty taste with hints of caramel and a light fruit character; slim and moderately toasted finish with light fruity notes and a touch of toffee in the aftertaste. Light-bodied but pretty drinkable Dunkelweizen.
