Mild hefiger Antrunk. Leichte Süße, wässrig. Die Intensität nimmt dabei eher ab, noch leicht hefig-bitter, langweilig. 8/7/6/5/9/5

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, moderately fruity notes of banana, mildly wheat character and pronounced clovy phenols. Mildly sweet and bitter-tart flavour, light bodied with a slightly prickly carbonation. Slim malty and moderately wheaty taste with shy hints of banana, chalky notes and present phenolic spices; slim and quite dry wheaty and cautious fruity finish. 17.I.17

Cloudy murky beige yellow beer, big creamy off-white to beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: little wheaty, pretty fruity, hint of caramel, fresh herbs, no banana though, that's weird. MF: good carbon, light body, watery texture. Taste: wheaty sourness, citrus, grassy hops, little herbal. Aftertaste: pretty watery, little sourish, bitter, biscuit.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a tiny rough white head. A little banana and yeast in the nose. Light body, hardly any carbonation, almost lifeless. Banana, yeast and phenols with a dry finish. Had the carbonation been alright it would’ve been decent alright. 050411
