(Bottle) Pale reddish brown colour with lasting, frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly toasty nose with notes of bread, treacle toffee, caramel, toast, orange peel, wet leaves and fresh hops. Malty, spicy taste with bread, toast, orange peel, dried fruit and fresh, spicy hops in the finish. Medium body with solid toasty malt and some sweetness. Refreshing and tasty with a gentle, spicy hop bite at the end. Nice one.

Bottled 500ml (BB 05/2011)
Dark ruby-copper color, good creamy beige head. Bready, ryeish, a bit metallic aroma. Medium-bodied. Ryeish, bready malty, American hoppy. Quite balanced, although really my favourite mix of flavors.
