On tap at the brewery. Aroma is acidic with some nice lemon notes. Moderate ginger with a bit lighter hibiscus notes. Hints of oak. Pours a fairly clear, pinkish red-orange with a small, thin, white head that quickly recedes to the edges where it lingers. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is moderate acidic with a clean lactic character. Medium light lemon with moderate ginger and hibiscus. Light oak notes. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty tasty beer with nice ginger, citrus and hibiscus note. Acidity is pretty strong, but clean and not too sharp.
