On tap at the brewery. Aroma is fairly clean with some moderate wheat notes. Nice lactic notes with hints of yogurt and some light citrus. Faint tropical fruit. Pours a hazy, straw yellow with a medium high white head that quickly recedes leaving a thin film. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is moderately acidic and well balanced with some light citrus and yogurt notes. Malt profile is able to pierce the acidity and adds some nice wheat notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice clean Berliner with a good acidity without being sharp and over the top. The wheat and malt is allowed to show through nicely. Light fruits or Brett would pair well with this base.
