On tap at the brewery. Aroma is slightly grainy with some cracker notes. Lots of hop character with tropical fruit, light melon and citrus. Hints of alcohol spice. Pours a very clear, yellow gold with a small, somewhat thin white head that quickly recedes to the edges and lingers. Medium light lacing and moderately long legs. Flavor is slightly sweet and grainy with a high bitterness and high hop flavors. Lots of tropical fruit, mango and guava with some melon and citrus. Medium light alcohol spice in the finish. Lingering bitterness and hop flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, this is dangerously drinkable. Lots of nice hop flavors and bitterness to hide the alcohol. Fairly dry so the sweetness doesn’t slow you down. If you like Mosaic and big IPAs you will like this.
