A delightfully hoppy bitter. Clean & crisp with a light golden colour and a refreshing bitter aftertaste.

Pours a clear golden amber colour with a small thin white head. The aroma is malty, sweet grainy malts and caramel. A moderately sweet and bitter taste, toasted malt and caramel flavours with a leafy hop bitter finish.

Bottle. Brewtique, Macclesfield. Clear, dark gold. Film of white head. Very fruity aroma. Syrupy mango. Ripe strawberry. Lots of caramel. Bit of unwelcome diacetyl in there, too. Taste is strawberry sweet. Then plenty of bitterness. Slick mouthfeel. A bit oily. Crisp carbonation. Finish is long, medium bitter. Too sweet for me.

At NWAF, shared with Finn. Half, cask by handpump. Clear amber, naked at the top. Lemony hops in aroma. Citrus kind of taste supported by a touch of grainy malts, hints of berries as well. More sweet than bitter to the ending. Standard (Manchester, 24.01.2013).

Cask. A dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of diacethyl and fruits on a lightly malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, diacethyl, and fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Gold, thin off white head. Bit of urine like aroma on the hops. Very citric, ascetic. Too ascetic for me.
