13/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! 13.0% abv. Pours clear pale golden with just a few small bubbles. Aroma is honey, flowers, sugary sweet, light solvent and herb with a very slight acidic edge. Sweet with a light tangy edge. Medium body, sticky, low carbonation. Sweet warming sipper.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear petrol gold coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is harsh waxy parafin, solvent, earthy honey, alcohol. Flavour si composed of medium sweet, white rose petal, white sugars, honey, waxy, some solvent. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, oily, mellow carbonation. warming alcohol. Mixed bag.

375ml bottle from beergb.com. 13%. Pale gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of honey, herby, hint of fudge. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, herbal, meadow, with some warming alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet honey finish. Quite drinkable.

Blond color. Deep aroma, honey, with some alcohol, with a very light fruity touch, and sap from freshly cut tree branches. Thick and syrupy body; the flavor is sweet, with an average honey flavor; the alcohol is too much evident; the balance is given by the bitterness, while I would prefer some acidity; it’s a bit herbal and sylvan, vegetable. The final is therefore a bit boozy. An average Mead.

Bottle 200ml. w. swing top.Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy hnoey, spicy - floral honey, light alcohol. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long to average duration, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is syruoy - oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20100908]
