A mixed culture Saison brewed with pilsner, Munich and pale malt and hopped with styrian Goldings and Tettnang. Halation was fermented completely in oak with our house Saison culture in a former Cognac Foudre. Is was then transferred to puncheons where it went through secondary fermentation with mixed Brett strains.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma of Brett, oak, a touch of dust, lemon. Flavors is light plus tart, lightly funky, Brett. Lightish body. Good.
