From bottle at Die Weisse brewpub.
Golden-orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy, white head.
Flat aroma of light fruits like banana, sweet malts, grains, grass, some spices, slight bread.
Taste follows this pretty much.
Light mouthfeel, with an almost fizzy carbonation.
Finishes light, a bit spicy, sweet malty, grassy.

Nothing special at all, but quite OK for the ABV. Not much Hefeweizen character left and pretty flat. Definitely not a beer I would revisit.

Frischer, bitter hefiger Antrunk.

Geruch hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, leicht bananig fruchtig, minimal säuerlich.

Had this at Die Weisse, Salzburg, Austria 02.06.12 Hazy gold with white head. Wheaty with loads of banana and a hint if clove but this is so bananey it us difficult to believe that it hasn’t got mashed up banana in it. The carbobation is soft and the bitterness v.low. Nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
