At Brewberry, Paris, October 2011. Light red color and a thin palate. Aroma has some malt, virtually no yeast quality in the aroma or flavor. Some black pepper, and light malt. Dry finish.

Bottle 330ml.Clear light medium orange amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spices, cinnamon ! Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100910]

Clear golden with a small white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and dark fruits. Flavor had malt, dark fruits and caramel. Finished sweet.
