Just because you need a mustache to speak Italian doesn't mean you need one to enjoy an Italian Style Pilsner. Al Bacio is brewed and dry hopped with Saphir and Hallertau Blanc yielding notes of noble hops with a hint of melon. Enjoy this lager paired with spicy arrabbiata or for any reason at all.

Brewery draught, 11/25/25, as pictured.
Crusty bread and peppery hops with earth and light floral notes. Maybe a touch heavy on the bread, but clean and well-hopped.
Sourdough and rich bread with good pepper and a good malt texture. Nice and dry and crisp.

Tap at Masthead. True to style, sea salt touched earthy malts. Hops start off a little fruity, but come across more balanced the next few sips. Good.

16 oz. Aroma is lemony and slightly bready. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one+ finger off-white head with decent retention, leaving curtains of lace. Taste is moderately bitter (highly bitter for style) and dry with lemony hop flavor. Excellent pilsner.
