Tap. Gist, Brussels. Served in a De Kromme Haring glass. Class. Pale gold. Light haze. Bubbly, white head settles to a dense, lasting film. Nose has sweetened rhubarb. Peach flesh hop. Light, woody, bretty funk. Taste is a nice balance of sweet and lightly sour. Light to medium body. Spritzy carbonation. Fairly drying. Light sour finish, with a touch of hop bitterness. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Funk, citrus hop, fruity. Taste: Yeast, funk, hop. Moderate sweet, moderate to medium bitter and light to moderate sour. fruity notes of citrus and lemon and hints of rhubarb. Hints of wheat and rye. Some complexity. Medium to below medium body, below average carbonation. Smooth. Another nice one with recognizable signature of De Kromme Haring.

Big bottle. Forst pour clear and golden. Later made cloudy with the yeast. With yeasty residue the beer improves drastically. Aroma and flavour have genuine funk. Also the fruity tartness of rhubarb although this remains muted.
