Bottle at Le Cabinet, Geneva. Inky black with beige foamy head, caramel-milk aroma, bitter coffee beans taste with caramel in the background, low carbonation, long bitter finish. It’s more like a milk stout but not as sweet.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, and grain, with just an edge of acidity. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, grain, coffee, and bread, leading to a dry roasted finish where the coffee note lingers. Thanks yespr for sharing this seldom beer.

Black color; brown creamy head. Quite nice roasted malt aroma. A stout, not bad (the malt and the roasted malt character), but with some sourness and too thin at the end. Malt extracts?
