A clean pale ale brewed with a mixture of English and American hops; English Goldings for bitterness and a careful blend of American hops for flavour and aroma over a base of Pale Ale malt. Dangerously easy drinking.

Cask. Clear golden with no head. Yeast and fruit in the nose. Medium body, completely flat, tart apple notes - almost cidery - with some yeast again. A fermentation error? Some alcohol in the finish. Flawed. 220110
