Bottle from my family for Xmas. Gold colour slight haze. OK pale ale.cfruit esters ale yeast aroma some white stone fruit. Some bottle condition character in mouth. Earthy. Not great about sveesgr. OK fruity finish. Not a lot of bitterness

Foamy white head on finely carbonated clear golden coloured body. Pale malt & bitter aroma Medium bodied, sharp & clean. Cereal, grain, floral hops & light malt with a bitter finish. Standard.

Bottle from Beer GB. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee and mixed dried peel. Taste is more of the same. Lightly metallic finish.

Clear golden appearance with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a nice balance of light citrus hop. Very aromatic and floral.

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet caramel, malt, hops, fruits and notes of peat. Sweet finish.

29/8/2019. Bottle from Local, Carlisle. Pours clear dark gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of grain, buttered toast, fruit, malt, biscuit and straw. Medium plus sweetness with light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Bitterness increasing in finish. Fair.

Bottle from Local in Carlisle. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - honey and lemon. Taste - honey nut cornflakes. Citrus finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yep this grew on me.

500ml bottle from Booths - Rich amber body, two fingered white head, looks splendid. Aroma is caramel, bread and fruit of some kind. Bitter ending.
