Hazy golden color. The aroma is wonderful, hoppy and fresh, citrusy with a dash of elderflowers and vanilla. The mouthfeel is very dry and also quite weak; dry toffee flavor, and very strong bitterness, with plenty of resins and hop oils in the end. A bit too aggressive, but good.

Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Strong grapefruit and pine hop aroma. Sweetish fruity flavour with resiny hops and a bitter finish.

Draught @ @ White Horse, 2 York Street, Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands England B17 0HG.[ FONEFAN in Masters Division Celebration ].Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus - orange, grapefruit, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter with a long to average duration, grapefruit - lemon - orange peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Big THANKS to Ryan for making me this beer ... good work ;O) [20100802]

Happy 50th Birthday Fonefan!!. On tap at White Horse, Parsons Green. Hazy orange gold. Thick cream head. Bit of hops on the aroma. Touch of diacetyl. Lots of harsh hop on finish.

Draught@White Horse Parsons Green. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small beige head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some grass, mild herbal notes as well as some caramel. Flavour is being very fruity, sweet malty along with some quite bitter floral and grassy notes in the finish. Very nice for being only 3.9 % in ABV.

2nd August 2010. Fonefan in the Masters Division - Jan’s Birthday Bash.
Very hazy amber beer with a tiny white head. Light crisp palate. Lovely light hops. Piney, orangey minerals. A little grapefruit. Finishes crisp and fresh.

Draught at Fanø tasting. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Elegang and fresh. Moderate bitter nice grassy flavor. Average moderate bitter nice finish. Oily palate.
