Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Bad smoked/acid schenkerla notes. Moderate bitter bad bacon flavor. Average unpleasent finish. Oily palate. Rubbish.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, bacon, smoke, malt, chocolate and hops.

Bottle. A hazy, ruby beer topped by a beige, dense head soon diminishing. Smoked, phenolic aroma, malty and with a touch of caramel. Smoked, lightly peaty, caramel flavor with a phenolic touch. Full-bodied. Lasting finish, smoked and toffeeish, quite peaty. Not a favorite smoked beer of mine, but quite decent indeed. 100814

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel combined with lighter notes of vinegar. The flavor is hoppy and malty combined with notes of vegetables, leading to a dry vegetable finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of ChristianScheffel. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and mild acidic. Acidic, fruity and slight chemical. Smoked. Lasting acidic and harsh finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, smoke, shoe polish, leather, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100814]

Bottle, 6.5%. Roasted aroma. Cloudy dark red brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and vinous. Good acetic note. Seems more acetic than smoked, but there is a little smoke in the finish. Quite mild smoke, but nice.

Hazy mahogany with a medium off white head. Aroma had smoke, caramel and roasted malt. Flavor had roasted malt, caramel and smoke. Finished smoked.
