Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer. Good suddy head. Light dry palate. Grapefruit grassy bitter hops with a sharp edge. Repressed sweet pineapple. Definite smoky note throughout. A little apple as well. Very dry finish and a lingering bitter aftertaste. Too dry and too smoky.

Cask. A hazy light golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of hops, lemons, and other citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, grass, and lemon on a lightly malty background.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to small average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, butter, queasy aroma, moderate hoppy, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peel bitter, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100120]

Cask @ Paisley Beer Festival 2010. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroam is slightly grassy, a bit hoppy. Flavour is hoppy, citrus, slightly yeasty, fairly bitter, slightly dry.

Cask. Pours a clear golden with hardly any head. Distinct buttery aroma - a little fruit as well. Light body, fruity notes and a rather distinct bitter finish. 200110

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough with MagicDave. Tobacco and rubber but not in a good way. Really disgusting.
