Blonde is an organic lager with a crisp, fresh flavour which makes it a perfect accompaniment to all food.
The organically grown hops deliver a floral note to the brew, and the purity of flavour is protected by meticulous cold filtration.
This is a long, powerful brew with a firm body and a luxuriant head. The result is an authentic craft beer, gluten free, traditionally brewed, with no compromise on quality, taste or strength.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, 20250610) Gusher. The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had herbalness honey, grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, biscuits and bitterness. A thin and bit weird brew.

Bottle from Co-op, Eastbourne. Gusher. Pours clear golden with a large foamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, toasty white bread, biscuits and light notes of citrus. Taste is again bready with grains, hay, biscuits and peppery spice. Very malty with no bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Not a bad drink but could do with a slightly crisper finish.

500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, malt. Taste is light sweet, cardboard, light hoppy bitterness. This beer made me smile because it smells and tastes really similar to the Armenian lager Kilikia (although that probably isn’t gluten-free or vegan friendly).

33cl bottle. Pours hazy gplden with next to no head and there are steady bubbles. The nose has pale malt and toffee. The taste has pale malt and honey. The palate is medium textured and structured and alhough very drinkable, it is not as fresh on the end as preferred.Overall, pretty average.

330ml bottle from Budgens, Belsize Park. Pours amber with no head and light carbonation; grassy hop aroma; predominantly malty flavour; with a sweet finish that has some damp cardboard and unappealing hops. Not good.
