330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.9%. Black colour, very small tan head. Aroma of roast malts, liquorice and orange peel. Medium dry flavour of roast malts, coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and orange peel.

Klargjøring for en ny arbeidsøkt under dekk på Fridtjofen des-19: en 0,33 boks fra bryggeriet med maritime assosiasjoner. Brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Røstet malt, franskbrent espresso, lakrissjokolader. God, halvtørr bitterhed med et snev av Tuxi forte. Absolut mersmak.

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 09.12.19. Thanks to KH for the can. Almost ebony. Fine brown head and lacing. Good aroma and taste of roasted malt, cough medicine, espresso, vanilla and bitter dark chocolate. Light mouthfeel.

KYGG 060419. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, licorice. Flavor is licorice, roasted malt, coffee, caramel, dried fruits, bread, spices. Nice beer.

Can. A dark brown beer with a finger-thick beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has lots of licorice, with roasted malts, dark dried fruits and some rye bread. The flavor is semi-sweet, with licorice running the show. Roasted malts, spiced hints, rye bread, dark sugar and a touch of piney hops. It's medium bodied, sweetish and smooth, with a light warming touch. Long sweet licorice finish. Sort of too one-dimensional, but sure drinkable. 190406
