Cask (handpump) @ The Bankers Draft, 1-3 Market Place, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S1 2GH.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, peppery. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100118]

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2010. Orange gold colour with bubbly off white head. Touch of yeast on aroma. Good bitterness, bit metallic. Decent though. Touch of toast

Cask. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white lacing head. Distinct and somewhat leathery hop aroma. Medium body, dry nuttiness but completely dominated by the flowery aroma hops leaving a solid biterness. Unfortunately also a fusty edge. 180110

Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London on 20th January 2010. Gold with diminishing white head. Richly hoppy with a strong grassy bite and thick engaging texture. Slight savoury notes. A strong, deep and penetrating hoppy finish. An exquisite IPA
