Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, golden cider with a dense, off-white head leaving lacings. Apples and cores in the aroma, slightly earthy. A bit sweet on the palate, medium body and nicely carbonated. Apples in the flavor, some earthyness, also in the finish. A quite nice one, but a bit on the sweet side. 100814

Bottled. A dark golden cider - with a fizzy white head, that dies out immediately. The aroma has notes of apples as well as a bit of applecore. The flavor is sweet and acidic at the same time with strong notes of very ripe apples, as well as hints of applecore, leading to a dry and slightly tart finish.

Corked bottle from a Casino shop in rue Turbigo, Paris
Deep blond color; high carbonation, big bubbles initially, fine perlage later. Carbonic gas in the nose, very light apples and sourness. Lean cider, with very light apple flavor, light sourness, dry but not extreme, highly carbonated. Short final. Flawless but also flavorless.
