A Mezcal Paloma inspired sour ale. To add the smoke flavor that Mezcal is known for we smoked 55# of wheat in house to add to the grain bill and also finished the beer on Lapsang Souchong tea which is smoke dried. We also conditioned the beer on Grapefruit and Lime to round of the rest of the Paloma flavors.

Draft: Poured a hazy bright yellow orange with a white head. Aroma is smokey, fruity, juicy. Taste is smokey, ashy, meaty, juicy, tangy citrus finish.
