Golden color with quite some sediment. The aroma is common, waxy yeast, hint of vanilla. Mild residual sweetness, the vinous and boozy chracter improved with age, light acidity. Balanced, not complex.

Pale yellow color, hazy. The aroma is mild, with some chemicals, honey. Semi-dry mead (for once true to the definition), with some honey flavor and with light final astringency. Not my favorite, not very complex, but it could be paired with many dishes.
