BOLTENs Natur Pilsener ist kein hochgezüchtetes Premium-Pilsener, das eher hopfenbetont schmeckt. Nee, ganz im Gegenteil. Es ist handwerklich untergärig gebraut, frisch, ausgewogen gehopft und aufgepasst: unfiltriert mit dem Geschmack der besonderen BOLTEN-Hefe. Die Hefe verleiht noch zusätzlich einen besonders vollen Geschmackseindruck. Ein Pilsener wie aus einer anderen Zeit. Kein Wunder, dass das schmeckt.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Slightly bready malty aroma with notes of cereals, yeasty spice and mildly herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly bready malt character with notes of cereals, popcorn and subtle fruity accents towards the dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish. 18.XII.17

Buegelverschlußflasche: Golden, not completely clear, visible carbonation, small to medium-sized creamy white head; dry grassy-grainy nose with a yeasty touch moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost a malty body is detectable, light bodied, quite soft; lingering dry grassy-yeasty finish. A typical depressing north-german Pilsener, but of better ones...

5 3 6 2 10Bottle shared at home. Slight hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, skunky notes, dough and light fruits. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Smooth and grainy beginning. Not too deep but crisp im body. A bit watery with grainy hints. Moderate neutral bitterness in the aftertaste, round and easy to drink.

100cl bottle. Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch mild grasig hopfig, helles malz. Geschmack mild grasig hopfig, angenehme Bitterkeit, okay.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, some fruchtgummi. Taste is straw, more grass, some yeasts. Light bitter finish. Silky mouthfeel, refreshing. Ok.
