Draft: Poured a dark chesnut brown with a tan colored head. Aroma was malty. Taste was light earthy, malty, rich.

Sample at the tap room. Dark brown pour with a medium creamy tan head that dissipates slowly. Partial ring of lacing. Aroma of toasted malt and hops. Light body with flavors of roast malt and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Decent Mild overall.

Walnut and dark roasted unmalted barley nose. Mahogany, thin tan head. Walnut, grain, lightly sweet roasted malt. Medium body

Tap. Pours deep brown with a huge brown head that laces well. Aroma is faint caramel, roasted malts, and a touch of smoke. Flavor is the same, medium sweet and no real bitterness. Medium body, a bit creamy in the mouth.
