750ml from the LCBO.
Black pour, dark beige, mocha head. Big roasted malt aroma. Burnt malts, molasses, soy, burnt sugar, and some light woody vanilla. the rum appears in a slight sweet boozy aroma and flavor. the mouthfeel was thick and luscious, and the carb was soft, and perfect. the finish is big on roasty flavors. coffee, soy, and some more burnt sugars and malts. 5 years ago it would be impossible to think this was being brewed in Ontario. nice stuff.

A deep dark porter with a thin creamy brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant and smooth.

22fl. oz. bottle. @home, 08/05/2020 [#3.380 Global - #43 Canada - #3 Camerons Brewing] Dark Brown colour with a médium beige head. Aroma is rum wood barrels, licorice and coffee beans. Taste is sweet, plums, wood and rum. Rum kick finish. Long sweet aftertaste. Next one please!

Il gusto al naso viene catturato da orzo tostato, cioccolato e marron glacé. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata, ricca ed elegante. Il modo in cui permane è considerevole e pregevole. Il cappello di schiuma color ocra resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile come la notte. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile, complesso, consistente e apre a nuove sfaccettature. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sfociano in un finale da favola, in quanto inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato fondente, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo e agrumi.

On tap at Brody’s. Dark burgundy-brown pour with a smooth and velvety tan head. Notes of licorice, wood, smoke, chocolate, roasted coffee, molasses, dust, light mould. Quite nice, though it feels a bit old. Draft at Brody’s, The Hague. Black with a thick tan head. Aroma of big fruity rum barrel upfront with oaky barrel notes, dark chocolate, coffee, roast, light licorice, raisins, nutty notes and caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
