From Backlog - Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - amber coloured pour with minimal head. Aroma and taste is very sweet with honey, caramel, some interesting spices, light floral, sweet boozy finish.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a clear pale amber color with no head. Has a Sweetish spicy honey aroma with weak hoppy hints. Sweetish spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish spicy honey finish with weak hints of hops.

Bottled. Deep golden colour, with no head. Aroma is alcohol, some sweet honey, mild fruity and floral notes along with some slight sappyness. Flavour is honey, ripe fruits, mild sap and resiny notes along with some slight alcohol as well. Pleasantly balanced.

Ceramic bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear medium amber orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, spicy honey, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20100814]

Bottle, 14.8%. Vinous and spicy aroma. Clear golden colour. The flavour is nicely sweet and spicy. A bit rough alcohol in the finish.
