A great creation by an emerging Gatineau-area brew master. A brown ale with a bite. The 80 plus IBUs give a new twist to an old concept. The hops pump up a classic brown ale malt profile. A significant roasty nuttiness works well with the other elements. Very fresh, punchy tastes in excellent balance.
