Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Stewed apples. Good funk. Decent, yes, good, dry as hell/ Good bit of funk

Bottle 75cl. @ ChrisOs Pre-GBBF Shindig 2010.[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Hazy medium orange color with grey notes, virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, vinegar notes, fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF tasting. Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma is apples, yeast, mild cheesy and yeasty notes as well as some mild caramel. Flavour is quite similar with yeastyness being more evident. A bit watery, otherwise nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden cider with a bit of orangey head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor is acidic apply, leading to a tart finish. The mouthfeel is almost like sandpaper.

Bottle at Chris O’s ’Raise the Roof’ tasting. Cloudy yellow pour. Fruity nose, nice baked apple aroma. Stewed apple tang. Refreshing.
