Bottle. Clear amber/brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, bread and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, bread, hops and a little grass.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Goldeny amber colour with a small head. Aroma is earth cellar, mild salty notes as well as some grainy, bready and grassy notes. Flavour is bready malts, some grass, mild grains and some herbal notes. Mild caramel as well.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg.de. Pours clear amber with a small creamy head. Bread, grass and caramel. Medium bodied. Hoppy finish.

Clear amber color, small off-white head. Grainy, grassy hoppy, a bit toasted caramelly hoppy nose. Light to medium bodied. Sweetish malty, grassy, bisquity and grainy. Short finish. Another Zwickel.

Bottle 500ml. @ Schwanenbrau Burgebrach, Hauptstraße 16, Burgebrach, Bavaria, Germany 96138.Unclear amber grey color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, dusty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop, caramel, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100718]

Bottle, 4.9% at the brewpub. Fruity aroma, some flowery hops. Clear dark amber or brown colour. Good spicy hop flavour. Roasted. Perfumy and roasted, but in a good combination.

Bottled. Hazy amber, small head. Perfumy aroma with floral orangey hops. Medium sweet with perfectly soft mouthfeel. Combines light roasty flavours from the malt with intriguing hay and orange from the hops in a masterful way. Finishes with balanced bitterness. A soft and edgeless truely Franconian style beer.

Mild herb-hopfiger Antrunk, in dem das Malz zwar erkenbar, aber nicht sehr präsent ist. Die Würzigkeit beinhaltet deutliche Hopfennoten, schnell wird das Ganze aber staubig trocken, säuerlich angehaucht und bitter. Ein stark wechselndes Bier! 7/8/8/8//8
