keg at brewdog Lothian road.. deep red brown.. thin tan lacing.. soft sweet woody berries nose.. juicy toffee malts.. sweet berries light spice.. woody malts

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours clear deep ruby - amber with a teeny, tiny beige head. The aroma is warming spice, nutty, wood, earth, brown bread, gingerbread, dried fruits and fruit cake. The taste is dry, bitter, warming spicy, fragrant, slightly herbal, warming ginger, gingerbread, brandy snaps, toothy, sappy, leather, varnish and just a touch of alcohol with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Slightly oily mouth feel. Not the best condition. Fine overall.
