Malzig säuerlicher Antrunk, deutlich bitter. Dann weniger malzig, leicht herb, mild. Geringe Fruchtigkeit. OK. 11/8/9/8//8

At the brewpub. Slightly hazy brownish/cherry red body. Off white head. Dusty soapy malty nose, light raisins, slightly stale but ok. Creamy sweetish malty taste, slightly tangy, notes of cherry. Hmm. Ok enough.

Draught @ Elisabeth Braukeller-Bistro, Steinweg 45, Marburg, Hesse Germany 35037.Clear medium to light dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, fruity, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100717]
