Can #2 of Papsø’s 24-cans stock of this brew; Harboe for me is the beer that the Swedes buy in bulk in Helsinor and bring back to Sweden by the ferry
Blond color; eggwhite foam. In a ton of paper smell there is a light note of malt and hop; finally some pond water. The body is a bit stronger than the average poor Lager, but with an equally poor flavor. Strong bitterness, that in the end is quite disturbing. Bad.

Can. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, dense, white head. Some alcohol on the else fruity, grainy and sweet aroma. Grainy, sweet flavor with a little bitterness. Medium body, pleasantly carbonated. Short finish with grains and fruit, and a touch of bitterness. Far from bad, but I won’t miss it. 101016

Can. A golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and eggs, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Can, 5.7%. A year and a half past BB date. Metallic aroma. Hazy golden colour, probably because of age. Good stable plasticky white head. The flavour is mild and papery, not bready. Low bitterness. OK mouthfeel, probably due to the slightly higher ABV.

33 cL can. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Cornish and light alcohol presence in the aroma. Sweet caramel malty at first with classic Harboe housecharacter following. Ends slight metallic and yet also sweet malty. Subdued alcohol presence.
