Alter Schwede, was man nicht alles für so 'ne blöde Badge trinkt... ;-) Clear red color, not a head at all. Sweet nose, cherry and honey. Taste follows the nose. Rather sweet, not really complex.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, luscious red. Sweetish, slightly fruity aroma of cherry and honey. Fairly sweet, slightly fruity taste of cherries and honey, followed by a short, sweet and minimally boozy finish. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Too sweet for me.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Sweetish cherry syrup with hints of alcohol. Not much honey, fresh and smooth, mild sweetish ending. No mead there, just sweetish cherries.

Bottle. Claret with a brown hue - look like ol red wine, leaves a layer insted of legs though. Aromatic honey aroma, light heather, a hint cherry. Fruit juice intensifies on the palate, sweet cherry nectar first, then the honey shines through. Sweet, could have slightly more complex notes, but pleasant nonetheless.
